Wasted Brand Return & Exchange Policy
Effective November 30, 2025
We run a tight 7-day exchange policy. No cash refunds, just straight swaps when something doesn’t fit or work.
7-Day Exchange Window
- You have 7 days from the day your order is marked delivered to let us know you need a different size or color.
- After 7 days it’s yours for life, no exceptions.
What’s Eligible
- Unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, original packaging
What You Can Swap For
- Same item, different size or color (if we still have it in stock)
We Pay Return Shipping When
- We sent the wrong item
- Item arrived damaged or has a legit manufacturing defect
You Pay Return Shipping When
- You picked the wrong size, changed your mind, etc.
No Exchanges Ever (Dead Final)
- Anything marked “FINAL SALE”
- Clearance items
- Accessories (hats, socks, jewelry, stickers, etc.)
- Mystery boxes / packs
- Orders with 30%+ discount codes
How It Works
- Email shopwastedbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Drop your order number, quick reason, and a couple photos showing the item still has tags
- We hit you back fast with the return address and label (if we’re covering it)
