Wasted Brand Return & Exchange Policy

Effective November 30, 2025

We run a tight 7-day exchange policy. No cash refunds, just straight swaps when something doesn’t fit or work.

7-Day Exchange Window

  • You have 7 days from the day your order is marked delivered to let us know you need a different size or color.
  • After 7 days it’s yours for life, no exceptions.

What’s Eligible

  • Unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, original packaging

What You Can Swap For

  • Same item, different size or color (if we still have it in stock)

We Pay Return Shipping When

  • We sent the wrong item
  • Item arrived damaged or has a legit manufacturing defect

You Pay Return Shipping When

  • You picked the wrong size, changed your mind, etc.

No Exchanges Ever (Dead Final)

  • Anything marked “FINAL SALE”
  • Clearance items
  • Accessories (hats, socks, jewelry, stickers, etc.)
  • Mystery boxes / packs
  • Orders with 30%+ discount codes

How It Works

  1. Email shopwastedbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Drop your order number, quick reason, and a couple photos showing the item still has tags
  3. We hit you back fast with the return address and label (if we’re covering it)
